The Intensify Advanced Training plan is a long term online tuition agreement focused on individual artistic development. To qualify for it, a previous booking of a personal online training slot such as a Discovery Session for 59 €, or a Singing or Songwriting Lesson for 69 € is required.
Once the placement and admission for the long term training is confirmed, the the total annual fee can be settled in monthly rates of 133 € via standing order or as a one-time fee for the entire year in advance per bank transfer, which reduces the cost to 129 € per month. The annual upfront payment benefits of a reduced rate and total savings on the annual fee.
The training contract, which renews if not cancelled in written form 3 months before beginning of the next training year, features priority scheduling of sessions, learning materials and a digital certificate.
The online sessions, which will be held for 2 consecutive hours once a month with exception of August and December, where chat-based remote guidance is available on request, will cover, depending of the required personal focus, essential topics such as singing, voice control, artistic identity, interpretation, performance, songwriting, holistic approach, music project management, artistic vision, and the refinement of analytical proficiency.

INTENSIA'S EXPERT PROFILE
Intensia is a state-approved educational instructor for Singers and Songwriters in Germany and the European Community (officially recognized under German Law § 4 Nr. 21 UStG) and is running her own boutique flagship music label and publishing house Intensia Music International. Her services are legally equated to public educational institutions. As a recipient of multiple recognitions such as International Book Awards and a dedicated Vocal Coach Award, she champions Creative Sovereignty and Artistic Expression supporting aspiring artists on their way to building their own self-governed, efficient ecosystems rather than relying on external industry trends or expectations.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
Fees for long-term online training are processed exclusively in advance via standing order on the basis of a tuition contract. The necessary details will be provided as soon as the booking request has been confirmed.
BINDING NATURE OF THE BOOKING
Every booking is binding. Upon receipt of payment, an exclusive time slot is reserved for the respective service in accordance with Intensia’s time resources.
SCHEDULING AND AVAILABILITY
Regular scheduling takes place Monday to Friday with start times between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The Intensify Advanced Training long-term model provides for prioritized scheduling. For this purpose, Intensia will regularly propose a date for each upcoming month with a lead time of at least 2 weeks. The session is considered bindingly scheduled as soon as the participant confirms this proposal in writing.
INFORMATION SUBMISSION AND REMINDER POLICIES
It is the sole responsibility of the participants to submit all information or links required for the online sessions via email to contact@intensia.international within 7 days of successful booking, stating the date and time of the upcoming appointment. No reminders will be sent by Intensia. If no submission is made, or if it does not arrive in time, the booked time slot will be conducted under these circumstances without any entitlement to a refund or rescheduling.
SAFETY NOTICE
For security reasons, no file attachments or downloads will be accepted. Only streaming links are permitted.
USAGE RIGHTS AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The unauthorized recording, distribution, or reproduction of online sessions, as well as all provided materials, is strictly prohibited. Any feedback, whether written or verbal, is solely intended for internal, personal musical development. Under no circumstances are clients permitted to publish, share, or use this feedback as a reference, testimonial, or public endorsement. Any public use or external reference without explicit prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Online sessions take place via WhatsApp call or FaceTime. A valid mobile phone number is required for contact and execution. By booking a session, participants agree to communication via these platforms. It is the responsibility of the clients to ensure the technical requirements are met. This includes a stable internet connection, a video-capable device with sufficient battery life, an environment that is as quiet as possible, and, if necessary, headphones for better clarity.
EXCLUSION OF CANCELLATIONS, MULTIPLE RESCHEDULINGS, AND REFUNDS
All services are excluded from refunds, as they involve bindingly reserved time slots. A session can be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least 5 business days in advance. In the event of a short-notice or a subsequent rescheduling request, the appointment and the paid fee will be forfeited. If the client does not appear for the agreed appointment without having rescheduled it in advance according to the guidelines, the session is considered completed. There is no entitlement to a replacement date or monetary compensation. Should Intensia be unable to conduct the agreed session for an important reason, an alternative date will be offered.
EXPERTISE AND ARTISTIC EVALUATION
All feedback and sessions are based on professional expertise, years of experience, and a subjective artistic assessment. The services consist of providing a qualified professional opinion and do not guarantee any specific emotional or commercial success. By booking, participants acknowledge that payment is made for the evaluation according to Intensia’s expert profile, which may differ from the clients’ self-perception. Dissatisfaction with the professional advice or the manner of the feedback does not entitle the client to a refund or compensation. Every evaluation or opinion is final at the time of expression and reflects the current state of the work or performance. There is no entitlement to revisions or further adjustments due to personal disagreements.

The provided impulses, exercises, and approaches are to be understood as recommendations. The responsibility for the execution as well as the assessment of one’s own physical condition and capacity lies entirely with the participant. Any liability for the services provided by Intensia is excluded.
