NO commercial COVERS SUPPORT
INTENSIA appreciates your passion for music and art and is truly honored that her work resonates with you. However, to maintain the unique artistic integrity of INTENSIA’s original creations and as a core principle of her artistic philosophy, INTENSIA does not support the creation, public sharing, or distribution of vocal or instrumental cover versions or other reinterpretations of her copyrighted works, especially when used for exposure, monetization, gaining clicks, growing a following, commercial purposes, or if they might create the impression of endorsement, approval, or association with INTENSIA’s professional music training, vocal coaching, music mentoring or artistic guidance.
Licensing of professional instrumentals or derivate arrangements intended especially for film or TV synchronization is exclusively permitted within the framework of individually agreed-upon license agreements. As an artist and mentor, Intensia strongly believes that a true artist’s journey lies in discovering and nurturing the own unique voice and style. While covers can be a fun way to engage with existing music or to discover valuable training impulses in a private setting, Intensia’s focus is on celebrating original expression.
A piece of art, once created, stands as a testament to its creator’s vision and is best honored and appreciated in its original form.

MUSIC USAGE FAIRPLAY
If you are running a business, an influencer profile, or any other account or platform intended for commercial gain or audience growth, and wish to use INTENSIA’s music in your social media posts or marketing materials, a proper license is required.
The availability of music on public platforms or social media does not imply that commercial usage rights are granted.
Use without compensation is permitted only for strictly personal purposes, such as private enjoyment or non-commercial personal expression that is not linked to monetization or brand-building, as well as for direct and unmistakable support for the artist in genuine appreciation of her creations.

A limited number of pro bono licenses are available for selected non-profit projects or initiatives that align with INTENSIA’s values, upon request and subject to prior approval.
LICENSING PROCEDURE AND CONTACT
Any public or commercial use of INTENSIA’s work requires a paid synchronization license directly from INTENSIA as well as full rights clearance with GEMA for the composition and GVL for the master recording. All required permissions and clearances must be fully secured before the music is used, integrated, published, uploaded, shared, distributed, broadcast, or made accessible to any external audience.

Any adaptation requires prior approval from INTENSIA before the issuance of a synchronization license. GEMA clearance is mandatory for all public or commercial uses of the adapted work. GVL clearance applies in all cases, whether INTENSIA’s existing master recording is used or a new master recording of the derivative work must be produced.
Printed Lyrics / Songbooks / Sheet Music Any designed products, branded items, or commercial merchandise
require prior approval from INTENSIA and may be subject to a fee. Reproduction rights clearance through GEMA is required for any use of INTENSIA’s lyrics or sheet music.
Artificial Intelligence Training
No licenses or permissions will be granted for these purposes under any circumstances. Use of INTENSIA’s music for AI training, machine learning datasets, or any automated content generation is strictly prohibited.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINING DISALLOWED
Position on Artificial Intelligence and Opt-Out Data Use
INTENSIA is committed to safeguarding artistic integrity and the inherent value of human creativity. All her works are crafted to foster connection and genuine emotional expression — not for synthetic replication, automation, or derivative use by artificial intelligence. INTENSIA does not authorize, support or participate in the development, training, or fine-tuning of artificial intelligence or machine learning models using any INTENSIA content or third-party intellectual property without explicit, prior consent.
Explicit Prohibition, Global Opt-Out & EU AI Act Regulations
INTENSIA explicitly prohibits the use of her content for the following purposes:
- Training, enhancing, or fine-tuning machine learning and artificial intelligence models (including generative AI)
- Automated data scraping, indexing, or crawling
- Dataset compilation, embedding extraction, or synthetic reproduction
- Any related data processing aimed at building or improving automated systems
This prohibition applies to all content, whether published in physical or digital form, including all associated metadata. No permission is granted for these uses, and no license may be inferred, assumed, or retroactively requested. This policy applies globally to all commercial entities. If applicable, non-commercial use is permitted only as explicitly granted under the specific provisions of the European AI Act.
AI Licensing Opt-Out
INTENSIA does not participate in AI licensing schemes and will not respond to any requests or inquiries regarding AI licensing or data usage. No exceptions will be made.
Active Protection and Intellectual Property Vigilance
INTENSIA applies technologies to protect and trace any unauthorized use related to AI systems or synthetic reproduction. In the event of policy violations or intellectual property infringement, legal actions may be pursued in accordance with international and German copyright law.
