The Intensify Advanced Training plan is a long term online tuition agreement focused on individual artistic development. To qualify for it, a previous booking of a personal online training slot such as a Discovery Session for 59 €, or a Singing or Songwriting Lesson for 69 € is required.
Once the placement and admission for the long term training is confirmed, the the total annual fee can be settled in monthly rates of 133 € via standing order or as a one-time fee for the entire year in advance per bank transfer, which reduces the cost to 129 € per month. The annual upfront payment benefits of a reduced rate and total savings on the annual fee.
The training contract, which renews if not cancelled in written form 3 months before beginning of the next training year, features priority scheduling of sessions, learning materials and a digital certificate.
The online sessions, which will be held for 2 consecutive hours once a month with exception of August and December, where chat-based remote guidance is available on request, will cover, depending of the required personal focus, essential topics such as singing, voice control, artistic identity, interpretation, performance, songwriting, holistic approach, music project management, artistic vision, and the refinement of analytical proficiency.

INTENSIA'S EXPERT PROFILE
Intensia is a state-approved educational instructor for Singers and Songwriters in Germany and the European Community (officially recognized under German Law § 4 Nr. 21 UStG) and is running her own boutique flagship music label and publishing house Intensia Music International. Her services are legally equated to public educational institutions. As a recipient of multiple recognitions such as International Book Awards and a dedicated Vocal Coach Award, she champions Creative Sovereignty and Artistic Expression supporting aspiring artists on their way to building their own self-governed, efficient ecosystems rather than relying on external industry trends or expectations.

BOOKING POLICY
PAYMENT
Payment for one-time online sessions is required in advance via bank transfer to confirm the slot. The details will be provided once the booking request has been confirmed.
FINALITY OF BOOKING
A booking is binding. Upon receipt of payment, a dedicated time slot within the label’s production schedule is reserved.
NO-REFUND & NO-REMINDER POLICY
There are no refunds or cancellations. It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide all required materials or information relevant to the online training within 7 working days previous of the online session. No reminders will be sent by Intensia. If the client fails to submit the materials, the slot will be held according to the at the moment available information without any claim to a refund or rescheduling.
STRICT USAGE PROHIBITIONS & DISCLAIMER
Unauthorized recording, distribution, or reproduction of online sessions and any provided materials is strictly prohibited. All feedback, whether written or verbal is strictly for internal, personal musical development only. Under no circumstances is the client permitted to publish, share, or use this feedback as a reference, recommendation, or endorsement. Any public use or external reference is strictly prohibited.
PROCESSING TIME AND AVAILABILITY
Standard scheduling takes place Monday to Friday with start times between 10:00 am and 18:00 pm. When inquiring about one-time online sessions please provide at least 3 preferred dates and times within these hours with a minimum of 14 days’ notice. Intensia will suggest the best possible options based on current availability. Final dates for the scheduled slot will be confirmed individually upon receipt of payment. The priority scheduling service is reserved for the Intensify Advanced Training long term tuitions contracts. Intensia will regularly suggest with a minimum of 2 weeks notice an appointment for the respective upcoming month. The session is scheduled, once the client confirms the slot in written form.
COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Online sessions are held via WhatsApp Call oder FaceTime. A valid mobile phone number is required for contact and sessions. By booking a session, the client agrees to communication and contact through these platforms. The client is responsible for ensuring all technical requirements are met on their end. This includes a stable internet connection, a video-capable device with sufficient battery, a surrounding environment as quiet as possible, and headphones if needed for better clarity and understanding.
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND NO-REFUND POLICY
All services are non-refundable as the fee covers the professional assessment and time reserved for the specific slot. A session can be rescheduled once provided the request is made at least 5 business days in advance. If a rescheduling request is made later or for a second time the slot and the fee are forfeited. If the client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice as per rescheduling policy the session is considered complete and there is no entitlement to a replacement date or refund.
PROFESSIONAL EVALUATION AND FINALITY OF OPINION
All feedback and sessions are based on professional expertise, experience and subjective artistic assessment. The services consist of providing a qualified opinion and does not guarantee a specific emotional or commercial outcome. By booking the client acknowledges that they are paying for the evaluation according to Intensia’s expert profile which may differ from the client self-perception. Dissatisfaction with the professional advice or the nature of the feedback provided does not entitle the client to a refund or a compensation. Any evaluation or opinion is final at the time it is expressed and reflects the current state of the work or performance. There is no entitlement to revisions or further adjustments based on personal disagreement.
